I always believe work from home is way better than work from Office, I am doing it for the last 8 years.

Pros:

1) Casual wear in comfortable to work.

2) No need for long and costly Office travelling.

3) No fear of human to human virus or bacterial transmission.

4) Scope of gossip and office politics is little small.

5) More time to spend with family.

Cons:

1) It will feel needless to use 10000 rupees Formal dress and a Rolex, I love my Rolex.

2) Just 16 hours work with a pay of 7hr. In the name of relaxation.

3) Scope of gossip and office politics is really very low, not good believe me.

4) All of us have to do all of our work by ourselves, that's really hard, most of us not really use to this.

5) No human to human connection, that's worst.

Say no to office romance, heavenly situation for the HR Team.

6) Internet bill will boost like Netflix, but you have to pay.

7) No AC, in this sweet cool weather mostly.

Note: if you can't do work from home then it's understandable only 2 People in 1000 can do good work from home but by some miracle you are doing great work from home then you can expect a Hick in pay or your employer is a xxxx
